A born-and-raised Idahoan, Hannah Mae Primus is the founder of HMK Impact, a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses and nonprofits integrate measurable sustainability practices into their operations. With a background spanning museum management, school operations, marketing, and impact reporting, she brings over a decade of experience in project management, evaluation, and community engagement. Her work centers on equipping organizations to track, measure, and communicate their social and environmental impact in ways that inspire action and build resilient communities.

Hannah’s professional journey includes launch operations for K-12 schools, policy writing, TEDx events, museum operations, consulting on sustainability initiatives, and creating innovative community campaigns that spark tangible change.

When she’s not strategizing with clients or writing about practical sustainability, Hannah can often be found biking the Boise Greenbelt with her kids or enjoying Idaho’s rivers and mountains with her family.
