The business must actively work toward a greater purpose by meeting at least one of the following qualifiers:

• Hold a B Corp Certification or Board-Approved Equivalent Certification: Certification must be recognized by the Idaho for Good board as meeting equivalent standards.

The business must have a clean public record and a demonstrated reputation for integrity. Membership will not be granted to businesses with a known history of:

• Exploiting workers or engaging in harmful labor practices

• Causing significant environmental damage

• Engaging in misinformation or discriminatory practices
