Katie Clark

Katie Clark is a passionate and driven sustainability leader with almost 15 years of experience in purpose-led businesses. From 2016-2023, Katie led the sustainability program at Happy Family Organics, the #1 organic baby food company in the U.S. In her role as Director of Sustainability, she spearheaded the launch of a new line of baby food products made with regenerative and organic ingredients, and enabled the company to set a public-facing Net Zero by 2030 commitment, among several other notable achievements. Katie holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices from the University of Oregon and a BA in International Development and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Fun Fact: Katie was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and competed on Cal's club team throughout college.
