About Idaho Partners for Good

We provide unrestricted operating funds, skilled (free) consultants and great training opportunities to select Idaho nonprofits that are ready to do the hard work of building their org effectiveness. This allows nonprofits to develop core competencies, management practices, strategies and systems to enhance their effectiveness so they do more of what they do best. This is definitely not 'business as usual'. Our funding & organizational effectiveness model assesses our grantees needs, we co-design an outcomes-based work plan with them, and contribute expertise and social capital for up to three years to improve their performance. Why? When our nonprofits thrive so do our communities and families!

Meet the Founder, Blossom Johnston

I started Idaho Partners for Good because in the last 35 years of working with over 1000 Idaho nonprofits, I noticed they all have challenges with their operations and infrastructure that keep them from accomplishing their mission. The way we work is we help Idahoans give differently. We don’t just write checks we roll up our sleeves & help them assess and address their HR, marketing, governance, technology, and evaluation challenges so our grantees can do more of what they do best.
